Rule 52A
May issue guidelines and procedures
(1) The Government of Nepal may make necessary guidelines and implement them without prejudice to the Act and these regulations.
(2) The Ministry may make necessary procedures and implement them without prejudice to the Act, these regulations and the guidelines.
